Our Hosts are all local to North Wales. They have DBS checks and their homes have been visited by a member of the English Plus team, however each house may vary as families have different jobs and lifestyles.
A Homestay includes a warm and welcoming environment for you, 3 meals a day, transport to and from the meeting point (if part of a group) and practice with speaking English.
Homestay accommodation is where you live with a British family for the whole of your stay with English Plus. They provide you with a welcoming environment for you, including a bed and your 3 meals every day. They will speak to you in English and show you what day-to-day life is like in a British home. Unless you are an adult that requires a programme with single occupancy with a Host, there will be no more than 4 participants per Homestay.
All of our teachers are fully qualified and experienced teachers. They all have at least a CELTA or a Trinity CertTESOL and they come from a variety of professional backgrounds and have a variety of different experiences.
English Plus is located on the coast stunning North Wales, which is close to North-West England.
Individual students come on their own, groups come in a group! If you want to come alone or with a friend, or with your family - you are very welcome. Even if you come with a friend, we will still treat you as an individual. Groups can be anything from 5 to 50 people who come together.
